The Real Monica - Foley Foliage Mini Purse - Long

About a week before this past Christmas, I came across the auction for this bag. I would like to know how many of each bag was made and sold, but I don't believe I'll be finding that type of information out any time soon. After viewing the auction, I was able to match it up with the captures I got from the Internet Archive that still exist in cyberspace. The correct name for this pag is the "Foley Foliage Mini Purse - Long." It was marketed as a Mini Evening purse. This one was acquired from a seller in Oregon who found it on consignment.

The quality of fabrics are top-notch. The construction is excellent. I find the layout of the construction pattern interesting, something I'm going to try myself. The only nit I have, but it seems to be the closure method chosen for speed and ease, is the bottom half of one side is machine top-stitched versus hand-sewing a blind stitch along the opening. When I sew one up, I will be taking the time to blind-stitch the opening closed. This nit is very minor so let's not dwell on it.

Let's view and admire this purse.
